Some wouldn't dare incorporate a leather jacket into their summer wardrobe, but I view it as a way to introduce a bit of edge to an otherwise minimal outfit – all while supporting an incredible Canadian brand. Northbound Leather is a company I fell in love with earlier this year after I stumbled upon this biker jacket while thrifting. I could instantly tell that the jacket was worth far more than the mere $30 the shop was asking given it's rich buttery leather, and therefore I held onto it with a death grip. I later researched the brand and fell further in love after discovering not only that they were Canadian but also that they focus on leather goods for her, him and play, catering to those of any sexual preference. And given that Pride took place this past weekend in Toronto it felt blasphemous not to don this jacket while hanging out with friends downtown.
